These photographs were taken during a five-week cookery activity at the WRVS Centre in St Leonards-On-Sea during April and May 2010. Over the course of the activity participants learned a to cook a variety of dishes with the Centre’s chef, John Bartholomew, and spent time discussing their memories of food and home life from their younger days.
