Readings from the 'Living Memory' book

Watch performances from the Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven

Participants of a creative writing course read their own stories, as part of a spoken word performance at the Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven. The performance came at the end of a ten week workshop in Creative Writing organised by WRVS Heritage Plus and run by local freelance writer, teacher and storyteller, Umi Sinha who encouraged the participants to draw on their own memories and experiences to write stories from their past.
